• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Platform

• Remove or edit content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable

We strive to ensure the Platform is available at all times, but we do not guarantee the Platform will be available without interruption. Maintenance, network issues, or events beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on QuizCasualTest.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and code, is the property of QuizCasualTest.com or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of QuizCasualTest.com and is protected by international copyright laws. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Platform without our prior written consent.

5. User Content

By submitting content to QuizCasualTest.com, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

6. Liability Limitations

• Cost of procurement of substitute goods and services

• Any other matter relating to the Platform

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to QuizCasualTest.com in the last six months, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, all disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the location shall be determined by QuizCasualTest.com. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to bring a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuizCasualTest.com is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

QuizCasualTest.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

10. Termination

QuizCasualTest.com may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
